Graduate Programs

K-State's interdepartmental Food Science graduate program offers an on-campus Master's degree with a report or thesis option that can be completed or via online education. A Ph.D. program is offered on campus only. The program also offers a Food Safety and Defense Certificate via online education.

Research emphasis includes:
