Courses in Food Science
Many courses are offered to complete a degree in food science. All courses are listed below. Graduate courses are level 500 and above. Undergraduates are eligible to take 500, 600, and 700 level courses. All students MUST consult with their advisors to plan an appropriate plan of study.
