Food Science Institute - Participating Colleges and Departments
Approximately 47 nationally and internationally recognized faculty from five colleges, 11 departments, and four adjunct faculty from other institutions work collectively to facilitate undergraduate and graduate academic programs and provide research and technical assistance for the food industries. By integrating the expertise across the University, the Institute serves students, industry, and governmental clientele as well as consumers.
