The program selects two Food Science undergraduate students each year to serve as Student-To-Student Recruiting Leaders for the recruiting and educating of prospective students. These students will represent the Food Science Institute and undergraduate program at campus events, high school presentations, junior college career fairs, industry visits, and Food Science events.
